I don't use this so much for thrusting or even orgasm, but the size and firmness are simply amazing to use this as a deep opener/stretch. It's amazing and conditions the nervous system to accept something large like this. Love this toy, the design is awesome!
P-Spot
The business end of this toy is very well shaped, and does a fantastic job of stimulating the prostate, except...
As soon as you insert it all the way the toy will rotate iself sideways or backwards, so that the ball isn't facing the prostate anymore. It's especially an issue with a suction cup. The toy needs a non-circular base to assist with keeping the toy oriented properly, as once it's lubed up it's hard to keep from sliding around in your hand. I would also prefer the glossy finish to the matte finish, which has a bit too much friction.
This toy would work great in a strapon harness as long as it's snug enough to keep the toy from rotating away from the prostate.
I’m fairly novice with toys but thought I could go up in size a bit as my others are smaller diameter.
