I've used this on him with very good results! The addition of a vibe moved along with the strokes increases the pleasure. We originally had a "Head Honcho" which was well rated by Sue Johanson of Talk Sex with Sue. Unfortunately, that was a "jelly" one, and even though we were careful to use compatible lube, it split and broke apart after only 3 uses. And we weren't even THAT rough with it! The Tantus one has stood up to the rigors of thorough washing, inside and out, VERY well. From his reactions, I gather that the sensations might not be quite as intense as the other one [Gosh, if you guys would make one with more bumps and ridges along the inside that would be great!] but it definitely gets him there! Make sure you lube into all the chambers in there, as the inner rings can be a tight fit, and scape if off if you just lube the first inch or so.

I wish one end was thick/banded/rounded, akin to a sphincter or vagina, rather than a thin cut band. Other than that, high quality and a pleasure.
