The Bend Over Beginner Kit has two smooth 100% silicone dildos, 7/8" x 4-1/2" and 1-1/4" x 5-1/2", so you can pace your exploration with comfort and safety. The kit features a purple velvet harness which is comfortable, adjustable (fits up to 60" hips), and machine washable. It also comes with an O-ring that can be changed for play with larger dildos as well as a pocket built in that fits a bullet vibe (included). The pocket holds the vibrator in place and allows access to the controls throughout your strap-on experience.
When playing with a harness you need to pull it flush against your pelvis for stability and to help you drive the dildo. Your bodies center of gravity will be changed when you wear a harness and dildo. Tantus recommends you wear it around for a little while to get used to the weight before you use it intimately.

My girlfriend and I love it! We use the small dildo is VERY thin, so we usually use the medium sized one. Great for first timers - we're looking into getting more dildos and trying more stuff out!

Being a beginner when it comes to strap-ons, this was the perfect starting place. The harness was comfortable [even when tightened] and easily adjustable to accommodate any sized person.
For those of you who haven't done this before [which I hadn't, prior to owning this kit], I'll pass on a couple of notes that I learned. First, strap on TIGHTLY. And while learning how to thrust [which, shockingly, was not a natural movement for me at all] hold on to either the harness nearest the selected dildo [we chose the small one] or the actual dildo itself for stabilization.
Also, I found the vibrating bullet to be too much to deal with the first time. We ended up turning it off altogether so I could concentrate better at playing my role. I suspect once I'm better at getting the movements and rhythm down, I'll add that nugget back in for added stimuli...which I'm sure my partner will more than enjoy.
Obviously, I had novice issues, but all in all, this kit was a excellent start...and most of all, my partner loved it!
