How are packages from the webstore shipped?
They are all shipped in a plain brown box, with a standard FedEx or USPS label. The name “Tantus” doesn’t appear anywhere on the package.
What is the handling time?
For orders placed on weekdays, over 90% of our packages ship the same day. Our facility is closed weekends, so anything not received by 3 p.m. Pacific time on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
How do I clean my Tantus toys?
We use the highest quality Ultra-premium silicone available. Silicone is nonporous, which makes Tantus toys easy to clean.
Fora quick cleaning, simply wash with antibacterial soap and hot water.
For more extensive sanitizing, you can also boil the toy or soak it in a 10% bleach solution.
For the most complete and thorough cleaning, you can also use your dishwasher. Just place your toys on the top rack and run a regular cycle.
Let the toy air dry completely, or dry with a lint-free cloth before storing.
I notice that my Tantus toys collect lint. What can I do to stop this from happening?
Unfortunately, one of the properties of silicone is that items made of this material collect lint and dust really easily. We recommend a quick rinse before use if you notice a problem.
Is Tantus made in the USA?
Tantus has a policy of manufacturing all of its open face molded products in the USA.This also means that it purchases its materials only from US suppliers, and produces them at its own site in Sparks, NV, and then packages them at the same location into its industry leading, high-quality products.
Tantus, Inc is the originator of Silicone Toys for the mass market and is committed to investing in healthy for the body toys manufactured solely in the USA.
There are areas in which Tantus does not manufacture in the USA. These are:
Where the product produced is used externally (e.g. rings, slings)
On regular parts where making in the USA would add to the retail price but not to performance (e.g. packaging, electronics)
Where manufacturing constraints exist at the Sparks plant (e.g. injection molded parts excluding the Feeldoe® which is made in the USA)
Tantus' accessories (including bullet vibrators and packaging), are manufactured by select partners overseas qualified carefully by Tantus with highest quality specifications.
Tantus, Inc has a strict policy of selecting and working with reputable and responsible suppliers that strive to consistently manufacture materials, components and products worthy of the Tantus brand name, in addition to being in total compliance with applicable environmental and product composition standards.
All Tantus products are designed and engineered in the USA. Tantus items manufactured overseas are subjected to, not only, primary quality testing; but also stringent third party testing to ensure products are free of organotin compounds, and phthalates.
